A few weeks ago I was a guest of John Cook for a luncheon at Koury Convention Center. John invited me to speak two years ago at this event, and now he was center stage. I was introduced to him through Wanda, a colleague I worked with several years ago at High Point Regional. When I first met John, I was impressed with his easy going manner, deep spiritual foundation and light-hearted humor. His keynote message was inspirational and what I didn’t expect was how much it would connect with my current walk in life. My hope is that you embrace these 10 Seeds of Greatness and examine areas of your career & life that you want to be a catalyst for positive, purposeful change.

- Be attentive.
7.5 Keep playing through the rain, these are drops of grace to revive you. - Become a catalyst, your enthusiasm empowers other people.

John encouraged us to “Do what you know you gotta do and do it right.” This message helped me deal with some personal issues that are impacting my focus during work. I’ve been worried tremendously about my son who is a senior in Middle College. It’s been a rough road the last few years and I finally realized that I need to “Let Go and Let God”. I need to affirm him, encourage him and hold him accountable. Which seed of greatness will help you know what you gotta do?
